Hi!  I'm Bex, and I set up Green Thread Studio to provide support for businesses that need flexible, honest and reliable delivery, especially during periods of change or growth.

Over the last 20 years I have worked directly with small start ups, and senior leadership and executive teams in larger firms going through strategic transformation programmes.  I've witnessed firsthand the challenge of growth in an ever changing market, and the barriers to success due to the cost of staffing.  GTS was born out of a recognition that 'fractional support' - being available for a number of hours each week/month - can help smaller businesses fill gaps.  Being fluid and offering support needs whether it be overflow admin, event delivery or specific project management.

Working flexibly and collaboratively, alongside trusted partners, giving businesses experienced support delivered through one channel, without unnecessary complexity or the need to employ a full permanent team of experts.
